I am a Director and PropTech founder dedicated to streamlining the construction industry through technology. For the past decade at Turnstone Construction Ltd, my mission has been to modernize a traditional business. I was brought in to drive growth and leverage technology to replace outdated, slow processes with efficient, digital solutions. The Evolution of Maintenance My journey started with the launch of CW360.io, a 3D mapping portal that revolutionized how we manage building maintenance. It provided transparency and smoothed the report-to-repair pipeline. The Future: Façade AI, I am leading the charge with Façade AI, utilizing drone technology to deliver rapid, high-precision inspections. We realized that traditional access methods were too slow for urgent requirements. By deploying drones, we can now: Inspect Instantly: Rapid deployment for urgent checks without heavy equipment setup. Access Anywhere: Reach hard-to-access areas that cradles and scaffolding can't touch. Analyze Smarter: Combine high-res aerial imagery with AI to pinpoint faults immediately. I combine deep industry experience with a passion for tech. My goal is to use innovation to create a safer, more responsive construction sector.
